Wesbuilt Construction Managers completed the build-out and renovation for Empire Asset Management in New York City. The 12,000 SF build-out included an open trading floor, large and micro-conference rooms, café area and private perimeter offices. The main open plan office open-plan layouts promotes collaboration, communication, and flexibility in the workplace. The use of modular furniture and flexible partition systems (DIRRT) allows for easy reconfiguration of space as needs evolve. The design implemented acoustic treatments such as sound-absorbing panels, ceiling baffles, and carpeting to help mitigate noise and improve acoustical comfort.
